Built in 1937, 550 Cookman Avenue is a shining example of Asbury Park’s art deco history. In restoring this unique building, careful consideration was taken with its original design features such as the clock tower, chandeliers, terrazzo flooring, marble wainscoting, and decorative coin patterns on the facade.
